Sporting Club Sassuolo asd relied on Carecaled for renewing the lighting system of 4 indoor tennis courts belonging to the sport center.
By the installation of 120 HB1 recessed ceiling lights, Carecaled achieved the best lighting solution for this type of system, due to such a big indoor area to illuminate. The total consumption had a considerable reduction from 8000 Watt to 3600Watt, while the average luminance increased from less than 250 lux to 400 lux.
The light has a considerable uniformity on the ground along the entire structure, over 0,85 (Emed/Emin) on each court. By using different types of optics, Carecaled has been able to avoid the usual glare on indoor lighting systems and to guarantee an high level of playability.
Carecaled realized several sport lighting systems and not only in Italy, for gyms, tennis, squash, volleyball and soccer (outdoor).
